In 2000, Moe Rezaei, Dale Wolter, and Vic Nazari combined their construction and business expertise to form Luxury Spec Homes of Corpus Christi, Inc. Since then, the company has grown exponentially and just recently celebrated the completion of its 50th home. In addition to home building, Luxury Spec Homes is constructing a 20 unit condominium complex off of Wooldridge near Rodd Field. These units are selling quickly, and several sold even before construction began.
